About Clyde Hays
As a long time Houston resident, Clyde specializes in Houston's finest neighborhoods including River Oaks, Avalon, The Heights, Royden Oaks, Tanglewood and surrounding areas, and close-in Memorial. He prides himself in providing his clients with market knowledge and prompt courteous service with dependability and impeccable integrity. Clyde is committed to investing the time and attention to detail that is necessary to make each client's home sale a success from beginning to end. But most importantly, he listens to you to ensure your needs and concerns are addressed in your search for your new home or real estate investment.
Clyde graduated from Texas A&M University and while there was a Company Commander in the Corps of Cadets and a member of the Ross Volunteer Company. Later, Clyde earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. Prior to starting his real estate career he held a senior vice president's position with Luby's Inc. where he taught the values of a high quality product and great service which are also the basic tenets of real estate. Clyde has held leadership and service positions at St. Luke's United Methodist Church and attends regularly.
Clyde participates in several professional organizations including the Houston Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. He has earned the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate-Realtor Institute, Certified Negotiation Expert and is a licensed Broker Associate.
Clyde is also a Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist. This designation gives him a level of expertise and resources that others may not have when specifically serving the luxury home client.
